Kam Lee is arguably the first singer to ever sing in the low tone 'Death' style that has come to define Death Metal. Kam started as the singer for Mantas, which later turned into Death. After leaving Death, Kam joined Massacre, alongside Bill Andrews (Death).

Years later, Kam Lee started Denial Fiend with fellow Death-alumni Terry Butler. The band has since disolved, as well as a recent reunion of Massacre.

More recently, Kam has started two bands, Bone Gnawer and The Grotesquery.
